  We found the hotel a little tired and worn. Staff was very accommodating and polite. Rooms need updating, AND decent size pillows. What's with the half pillows?
  Kitchen area for breakfast was clean and the food was good. Pool area was in need of cleaning. The hot tub had a dirty foamy ring around the top of the tub and the water definitely not hot enough. I spent 1 minute in the hot tub and that was 1 minute to long. The pool needed vacuuming and needed about another 10 degrees of heat in the water, too cold.

  Very clean room, staff is 100 percent on top of everything. Also kind and genuine, pool was nice and clean, breakfast was great and so was the kind hearted breakfast lady.. we will be back for sure! Great hotel when in birch run.
